Aquatronic™ P1 – Ultrasonic Multi Stage Aqueous Cleaning System
The P1 is a multistage precision cleaning system that incorporates all the very latest aqueous cleaning technologies. The process uses Reverse Flow Technology™, Megasonic Sweeping™ and a fast efficient drying system that is designed to be operator friendly and flexible when choosing your cleaning cycle. The P1 is available in two standard tank sizes and is offered with an optional water DI (de-ionizing) stage.
Basket sizes:
- P1 = 200 x 400 x 250 mm deep
- P1 - 300 x 400 x 350 mm deep
Typical Applications:
- Removal of flux from PCB’s (printed circuit boards)
- Precision component cleaning

Aquatronic™ P2 – Ultrasonic Multi Stage Aqueous Cleaning System with a Fully Automated Handling System
The P2 has all the benefits and features of the P1 machine but is fitted with a Fully Automated Handling System. This gives the advantage of a roller bed to roller bed operation.

- P2 = 300 x 400 x 350 mm deep
